Frozen roti canai, roti planta and chapati made in Alor Gajah for cafés, hotel buffets and minimarts.
Haji Salleh started selling frozen roti canai to mamak stalls around Melaka after his own restaurant struggled to keep roti makers. The small factory in Alor Gajah now produces about 8,000 pieces a day of roti canai, roti planta, roti bawang and chapati, par-cooked and frozen between plastic sheets.
Buyers include hotel breakfast buffets, school and office canteens, and minimarts that resell retail packs. Food-service packs of 20 or 50 are available. The company delivers its own stock in Melaka and Negeri Sembilan and uses a cold-chain courier for Johor and the Klang Valley.
