Frozen durian pulp and paste from Raub orchards, vacuum-packed for bakeries, dessert shops and cafés year round.
Raub Durian Beku is run by a durian-growing family with its own orchard and a small processing room in Raub. In season they also buy from neighbouring orchards, open fruit on the day it drops and vacuum-pack the pulp before freezing at -30°C.
Pulp is sold by variety for dessert shops that want a specific taste, and as blended paste for bakeries making durian crepes, puffs and cakes. Buyers rely on frozen stock outside the season, so regular accounts can fix prices in advance. Shipments go out by cold-chain courier on Mondays and Thursdays.
Why kitchens choose Raub Durian Beku
- Pulp opened and frozen on the day the fruit drops
- Sold by variety or as blended paste for baking
- Fixed off-season prices for regular accounts
