PesanLah is a four-person software team in Ipoh that built QR ordering for the way kopitiams actually work, with a drinks counter run by the owner and several independent food stalls. Customers scan a code on the table, order from any stall, and pay once by bank QR or e-wallet.
Orders print at each stall on a small thermal printer, and payments are split to each stall operator's account daily. The drinks counter sees all orders by table number. Setup includes table stickers and printers, and the team visits in person around Ipoh, Kampar and Taiping.
