Its system tracks stock at each outlet and central kitchen, costs every recipe from supplier prices, and compares theoretical usage from POS sales against actual stock counts to show where food cost is leaking.
Outlets place orders to the central kitchen on a tablet, and the kitchen gets a consolidated production and packing list each night. Customers are café chains, bubble tea brands, bakeries and halal restaurant groups with five to sixty outlets. Training is done on-site in the first month.
