Tabuan Pork Supply is a non-halal butcher that buys pigs from licensed farms in Sarawak and cuts them at its premises in Kuching. The core trade is the cuts that kolo mee and kopitiam stalls use daily: minced pork, lean shoulder, belly, ribs and lard, plus char siu roasted in-house each morning.
Around 70 hawker stalls, kopitiams and Chinese restaurants in Kuching and Kota Samarahan take deliveries six mornings a week. The shop also prepares whole roast pig for weddings and Chinese New Year with a week's notice. Regular stalls pay on weekly terms.
