Siap Potong runs a chilled processing facility in Rawang that peels, washes, cuts and packs vegetables for commercial kitchens. Common lines are peeled shallots and garlic, diced onion, julienned carrot, shredded cabbage and sliced long beans, all washed in chlorinated water and packed in 1 kg or 5 kg bags.

Customers include restaurant chains, airline and school caterers, and hotel banquet kitchens across the Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan and Perak. Cut sizes and pack weights can be matched to a customer's recipe cards. Orders placed by 2 pm are delivered the next morning in refrigerated trucks.
