Satok Coffee Concentrates brews coffee in 200-litre batches at a small plant in Kuching, then chills it and packs it into 5-litre bag-in-box containers. There are two styles: a cold brew concentrate from arabica and Sarawak liberica, and a kopi concentrate for local-style iced kopi and kopi peng, sweetened or unsweetened.
Buyers include food court drinks stalls, bubble tea shops adding coffee, hotel banquet teams and cafés in Kuching, Sibu and Miri. Unopened boxes keep 60 days chilled; opened boxes should be used within seven days. Accounts taking 10 boxes a month can borrow a chilled dispenser.
