Jelutong Dairy Distribution is a cold-chain wholesaler for cafés. It carries several imported and local full cream milks chosen for steaming, alongside oat, almond and soy barista milks, whipping cream, cream cheese and unsalted butter. About 140 cafés and dessert shops order from it, mostly on standing weekly orders.
Six refrigerated vans cover George Town, Bayan Lepas, Butterworth and Bukit Mertajam, with orders placed by 3 pm delivered the next morning. The sales team will run a side-by-side milk steaming test at your café before you switch brands.
