Haji Rosli's family raises goats on a smallholding outside Kangar and buys cattle from farmers across Perlis and northern Kedah. Animals are slaughtered at a licensed abattoir and broken down in the family's cutting room the same day, so restaurants receive meat that has never been frozen.
The business is busiest around Aidiladha and the wedding season, when it handles aqiqah and korban orders alongside regular supply to nasi kandar shops, sup kambing stalls and kenduri caterers. Cuts follow Malay and Indian kitchen styles, with bones and offal sold separately. Deliveries cover Kangar, Arau, Alor Setar and Jitra.
