The work covers hoods, filters, ducting and exhaust fans, plus grease trap pumping and cleaning. Customers include dim sum restaurants, hotels, food courts and school canteens in Ipoh, Taiping, Teluk Intan and Kampar.
Jobs are done at night or on closing days, and the crew covers the kitchen with plastic sheeting before scraping and degreasing. Before-and-after photos are sent with each job, which landlords and insurers sometimes ask for. Most customers book every three or six months.
