Kinabalu Kitchen Projects plans and builds complete kitchens, from layout drawings and utility points through to equipment supply, stainless fabrication and commissioning. Clients are hotels and island resorts, hospital and university canteens, and restaurant groups opening in Kota Kinabalu.
The team of about 30 includes a kitchen designer, fabricators and refrigeration technicians, so most jobs need no outside subcontractors. Equipment is sourced from several makers to fit the budget. Island resort projects are planned around boat transport and limited power. A 12-month defects period and a service contract are offered after handover.
